Chimney Rebuilds in Bergen County, NJ
The short answer
Partial and full chimney rebuilds — taking the stack down to sound masonry and rebuilding with matched brick, a new crown, cap and counterflashing.

When mortar joints have gone soft through the stack, repointing only buys a season. A rebuild resets the whole assembly from a solid course up.
This is one part of the chimney work we do across Bergen and Passaic County. Every job is quoted in writing after a hands-on inspection, performed by our own crew rather than subcontractors, and backed by our satisfaction guarantee. We are licensed under NJ HIC #13VH13359900 and fully insured.
What the work includes
- Rebuild above the roofline or from the smoke chamber up
- Brick matched to the existing house
- New cast crown, cap and stainless liner as needed
- New step and counterflashing, roof re-shingled at the chase

Frequently asked questions
How long does a chimney rebuild take?
Most above-roof rebuilds are two to four days. Full-height rebuilds and interior work take longer and are scoped after inspection.
Can you match hundred-year-old brick?
Usually close enough that it reads as original — we match size, color range and texture, and can salvage face brick where available.
